The current betting on the game:

Seahawks 660

Panthers 1

Yes. Someone bet a single buck on them. The confidence in the Panthers to win this game is mind blowing.

I bet the odds looked similar against the dolphins last year.

I am going to throw down a few vbucks with those odds. Why not.

I see the butt hurt is still sore and inflamed after we treated Rodgers like a blowup doll on national tv last year. Put some ice on it cheesehead.

Hardly. I have no ill will to the Seahawks players. Your coach is an arrogant bass turd, and if I ever meet the ref that made that God-awful call, I'm going to punch him in the forehead. But I loved watching Russell Wilson play for the Badgers, and that hasn't changed. I respect Marshawn Lynch for saying he was absolutely astonished the refs called the play the way they did after he actually saw the play on TV after the game. Even Golden Tate; he made the comment that he was just trying to make a play and had nothing to do with the call.

Believe me, if it comes down to you and the 49ers to take your division (which it probably will), I'll pull for the 'hawks every time. Pete Carroll will make it hard for me to root for them in playoffs should the Packers get eliminated, but I'd have to see who they're playing.

Oh, and there are a lot of Seahawks fans that have adopted Carroll's arrogant attitude. They make it hard to root for the team as well.

Are you putting vcash on seattle? I see you have 75 left. LOL

Let us know which way you are picking, I will pick the opposite. Hell, I will take the panthers and match your paltry 75.

:suds:

I have 75 left because I've bet the rest of it on this week ends games. I made a new thread about where did you place your vCash, check it out. How much you putting down on the Panthers?

I checked in. I put twenty on the panthers. Obviously like your GB bet, its a wish bet. But I like the panthers chances at home against a poor road team. No offense, and to be fair, I won't be betting against seattle at home this year except week 2.

RegentDenali, read the last paragraph of my last post........then....look in the mirror.

I'll still root for Russell Wilson more often than I won't. But you....and your teams' coach are arrogant douche wads.

Now thats BUTTHURT!

Seattle record against NFC North 2012 = 3-1
SF record against NFC North 2012 = 4-1

+ we both spanked the cheesepackers in the regular season, and SF curpstomped them in the playoffs.

He's butthurt from the NFC West. Impossible to hide.

"spanked" is how you would describe what Seattle did to green bay?

c'mon denali. The 49ers handled them fairly well in GB in week 1.... then "spanked" them in the playoffs. Whether seattle beat green bay or not is still being debated and that debate seems to be the entire country against the Pacific Northwest.

I will say, Seattle knocked the shit out of Rodgers in that game though.... that was unprecedented first half for Seattles pass rushers, even I was loving it.

That's what I'm talking about. Rodgers spent more time on his back that game than a Vegas hooker. Understandable if your one of the bottom feeder NFL teams that year, but the Packers are a good team with a respectable Oline. I was at a sports bar during that game and Pack fans mouths were on the ground with what our D was doing to them.

Wait. Are you calling the Packers O-line respectable? Sadly, I haven't heard that word spoken about the Packers O-line in quite some time. Newhouse was a God-awful LT last year and our hopes of Jeff Saturday being and effective fill-in C for a year or two were dashed before the Seahawks game. Lang took a step back last year at LG and Sitton and Bulaga were good, but nowhere near great on the right side.

I hate to admit it, but Breaker is right. I still may be a bit butt hurt over the 9ers game, but if there was any left for the Seahawks, the preseason game ended it. You may have watched the game and said "Yay, the Seahawks win. We're still the better team." But in reality, the Packers vanilla D got to Russell Wilson four times in that game. One was declined because the Packers chose to accept an offensive holding call, another one was while the Seahawks actually had six O-linemen in the game.

Aaron Rodgers played one possession, while Wilson played three qtrs, and the Pack only lost by one score. I'm pretty confident that the Packers would have put up significantly more points had Rodgers played as long as Wilson, or the Packers starters in general, compared to the Seahawks starters. Face it, Wilson edged Graham Harrell, a guy that got cut by the Packers....and the Jets! Now, I fully believe Wilson is a better QB than that, but it just convinces me the Packers have a better overall team, and I honestly hope we meet in the playoffs when things count.

Oh yea, it also doesn't hurt the the NFL made the correct ruling about how defenses can treat read-option QBs. All the game-planning DCs have done in the off-season can be implemented fully now without fear of penalty. Can't wait for Sunday!

If they lose to Carolina they have a lot of work to do to even sniff the playoffs. Cam is bad and his cast is mediocre.

this is not a huge upset or even a big upset.

All the Sharps are betting Carolina because every one is all over Seattle.
