well I agree with him in terms of greatness. Those 2 just on another level.

The difference is media.

Wayne Gretzky has to be comfortably ahead of MJ in terms of gap between himself and the field of other great hockey players. But he plays hockey. Tiger was great. Maybe the greatest golfer ever, but he doesn’t hold all the records. That is Jack.

Tiger is in the GOAT conversation for his sport to be sure. But greatest athlete? No. Most impactful perhaps. But not greatest. Others have been more dominant in their perspective sports.
