Hoke is only part of the problem.
Helfrich's beard or lack of one has nothing to do with how Oregon plays, wins or loses.
Neither of the close losses are on Prukop. not kicking Xtra points and penalties cost Oregon the Nebraska game.
Penalties and offensive play calling cost them Colorado. they did the same thing Kelly did and kept running a pass play that was not there all day and in the end threw a pick. that pass was broken up every time and nearly picked off a couple times and finally was. Prukop simply did what was asked of him.
