Actually just one, that being the safety. If we were to hit on a safety, I believe it would help our pass rush.
Whitner, somehow must have beaten out the other healthy options. But he proved he was ineffective at the L.O.S and in single high.

I mentioned drafting and signing a FA. I'd like to think our 3-4 run defense would actually improve with an above average NT. Brandon Williams, Hankins or Poe could have a similar effect that Harrison had in NY. There was a lot
of bashing going on for NY spending all that money on a 2-down NT and a lazy CB in Jenkins. But we see how that worked out.

Our ILBs are OK, but a 1st or 2nd rounder at the position could also be a HUGE help

look a good safety is a start peppers was on my list but look dude our front 7 minus TM RK swaggy and possibly smith cant get it done

I agree, I'll be working on a mock draft, mock FA signing soon.

I was just saying if we re-sign Baker, sign a veteran NT and draft a DE that's fine.
Ricky Jean and Hood should not be starters, they can't generate constant pressure.
But since pressure seems to be such an issue, having a safety that won't get lost or that can bait a QB into a bad throw on 3rd down would be awesome too. S is my top concern, DE is even deeper this year.

if you draft a d/lineman or a ILB or a safety in round one i dont think you get much of an argument that can stand . it would be the BPA among the 3 positions
