Nice win by the Runnin' Rebels last night. How many years has Nico Carvacho been at CSU? Seems like he's been there for 6 or 7 years. And hopefully UNLV can pull off a shocker on Saturday.

Helluva win for the Runnin' Rebels tonight. Did anyone else watch the game? As far as the final 2 games of the regular season UNLV controls their own destiny. Boise St. & at San Jose St. Take care of business & get a 1st round bye in the MWC tourney.

CSU plays a pissed off SDSU squad next. Then there's the outside chance of reno losing tonight to Fresnso St. Wyoming after that. Then they finish up with SDSU. If they lose 2 of 3 UNLV could move up to the # 3 spot in conference.

Great game and great win...

Look its all about getting hot at the right time and they have been build this thing up for weeks now, even with the loses, they are getting comfortable more and more and their 3 point shooting is get way better!

This thing had has been brewing for a while now, I know their record doesn't show it but you could easily see them gain confidence game after game and they lost by 4 points last time they played SDS, poor shooting back then.

And you’ll kick our ass again in the tournament on your home court when you’re the 4 seed and we’re the 5, so that’s not really all that interesting. What is interesting is the semi-final match up you’ll have with SDSU. That’s a coin flip game and if I had a gun to my head I’d pick UNLV there.

Runnin' Rebels Win Fourth Straight With Senior Night Victory Over Boise State - University of Nevada Las Vegas Athletics

It was a fun game for me to watch. I am really excited about this years MWC tourney, and think UNLV has a chance to win it. I thought Boise was better than they played, but it wasn't their night. It was senior night too, and that tends to help a team play harder. They have won the last two games with defense , IMO, and if they can keep that going, they can make the NCAA tourney.
Im more excited about next year.

Technically it's not UNLV's homecourt. It's their arena though. Unless things have changed the conference brings in a different floor & even baskets for the tourney.

Runnin' Rebels Win Fourth Straight With Senior Night Victory Over Boise State - University of Nevada Las Vegas Athletics

It was a fun game for me to watch. I am really excited about this years MWC tourney, and think UNLV has a chance to win it. I thought Boise was better than they played, but it wasn't their night. It was senior night too, and that tends to help a team play harder. They have won the last two games with defense , IMO, and if they can keep that going, they can make the NCAA tourney.
Im more excited about next year.
