are projected to go between 20 and 25 in next weeks NBA draft. Clearly, what I said when I heard the news they were coming out early. One more year would have been benifical to both and would for sure be top ten NBA picks in 2015. :noidea:

Gonna be a long season in Orange country next season. I am predicting an NIT berth. :L

Yeah...though I wouldn't deny a person the right to go early, I wasn't convinced that either Ennis or Grant was ready for the NBA. Ennis went like 19 and Grant at 37. Wow. Ennis will get a contract but Grant has to be second guessing his decision.

Former Syracuse star Jerami Grant's summer league performance through his first two games won't quiet any of the questions about whether he left the Orange a year too soon.

Grant started the second game of the summer league season for the Philadelphia 76ers but was a non-factor for the second time. Philadelphia won 84-73 over Oklahoma City, evening its record at 1-1.

Grant fouled out of the game after playing just 11 minutes and 14 seconds, scoring three points, grabbing two rebounds and turning the ball over twice. He made 1 of 2 shots, 1 of 2 free throws and missed his only 3-point try.

In the opener of the summer league season, Grant scored one point and grabbed two rebounds.

jonvi, I actually watched that game. Jeremi clearly isn't ready for the NBA ala Johnny Flynn. One of these days players will take the HOF coach's advice, stay in school and improve their game before taking that next step.

I think him and ennis both made a big mistake. At least ennis is getting paid. But I'm thinking he isn't going to come in and take the NBA by storm like MCW did.
