According to UNL Sgt. Dave Dibelka and a police report, officers received a call about someone smoking marijuana at the Vine Street Fields in between two outdoor tennis courts. Two officers went to the scene, and Tolbert allegedly ran. He was tackled shortly after and handcuffed. Dibelka said officers recovered a hollowed-out cigar filled with marijuana.

If you're dumb enough to be smoking in public on vine street, I don't trust you. That's like he wanted to get caught.

nowhere in their did you mention the disappointment in this D1 football player getting chased down by the cops.

He was high.

Once they started chasing him he probably thought he saw a cop every direction he looked. Was probably scared as shit.

Like I said before......we were always much better back when our players were in trouble with the law.

The writing is on the wall. Natty natty natty

Same w/The U. Worst thing to happen to the 'Canes was when Randy Shannon cleaned up that program & got rid of "Thug U". The U needs to get back to recruiting those fast as fuck, illiterate thugs if they ever want to be relevant again, or else FSU is about to own that state for many, many years.

So how much is a bike worth in Nebraska now anyways? And how old are these guys?

I stole a kids bike when I was 12 in Carter Lake. Some one saw me (Never steal bikes in broad day light, right bandy?) Cops picked me up took me home and I got my ass whipped for 15 minutes straight. The last thing on my mind from that day forward was stealing bikes.

Wait these guys have never experienced a 15 minute ass whipping have they. Bo time to pick it up a level.

Nah, I lived in North Omaha for a few years as a kid (24th and Ames area) and spent a lot of time raising cane in Carter Lake.

I don't know what 24th and Ames was like back then, but now........damn. DAMN.

Congrats on making it out of there alive. Good thing you had white skin.

It wasn't anything to brag about then either (early 70's) and I got my ass kicked for being white a few times. No gangs back then though. Got so I wouldn't back down from a fight and then I was accepted.

And at least it wasn't 24th and Lake.

But yeah not where you want to raise a kid.

There was an article released just a couple months ago stating that statistics show North Omaha is now the #1 most dangerous place in America to live in for black people.

I would assume the population in North Omaha is also now pretty much completely black people.
