I have no idea. Twitter handle doesn't ring any bells. I don't know if they've called their shot in the past or not. One would assume that St. Nick has contingency plans in place or in the works...this is Saban we're talking about.

Mac Jones will be the QB if Tua can't play. Still too early to write Tua off just yet. Not so sure if the younger Tagovailoa will play anymore this season as I feel they are eyeing a red shirt for him.

With the PAC having no undefeated teams, I’d say a 1 loss Alabama is pretty much a lock if Tua returns. Who goes in over them?

A one loss Alabama is not getting in the CFP above an undefeated Ohio State, Oklahoma, and Clemson.

In that scenario, only chaos inside the SEC could help a one loss Alabama.

If Alabama loses to LSU, then by some fluke, LSU ends up losing two of their last remaining SEC west games, and Alabama wins the SEC west by back-dooring their way into the SECCG.

Then defeating the SEC east champ, whether it’s Florida or Georgia, in the SECCG.

Then, and only then, will a one loss Alabama perhaps get invited to the CFP.

It would be heavily debated between a one loss Oregon PAC 12 champ.
