Chili on Spaghetti????
OK, I'll ask, since I've not been to Gold Star, and some of the locals I know said it was second-rate. (This is probably like the raging war of words between fans of Pat's and Geno's in Philly).
Is Gold Star more like American chili, or is it also Greek-like?

Gold Star is meatier. though, you can always request your skyline chili dry to elimate a lot of the watery run that does sometimes accompany it.
I can go for either.
I prefer Gold Star, too, but I like Skyline just fine.....agree that Gold Star is a little meatier.....Cincy chili is the shit, though like a fine single malt scotch, it's not for everyone.....
Yeah, you go other places and call it chili and they just laugh.
It's a Cincinnati thing...and that's ok.
Really, either place is good enough.
