Unsurprisingly, the requests for tickets to the thing are being denied based on voter registration. Someone requested some and was told they were all gone. He is a registered Democrat. He re-submitted the request as his father (registered Republican) and got them.

Also, the school is facing massive backlash for agreeing to it. Families in the area are calling for both the principal and superintendent to be fired. Students are protesting at the school already. Apparently a lot are wearing Lebron Jerseys. A bunch of parents filled the parking lot with cars last night and left them.

There is a rock out front that has been painted with phrases like "Build the wall" and what not. The rock has been under guard by local police for the last 24 hours.
