Mitch McConnell and Lindsay Graham have both said that it doesn't matter what testimony is given, they will still vote to confirm him.

So, if I am called for a jury for a guy who knocks over a convenience store and I say in jury selection that I am more inclined to believe a cop over someone trying to stay out of jail, I am excused from that jury. But these two can say that they will actively ignore testimony given under oath and they still get to be senators and put someone on the court that rules on all legal matters?

^ that is the thing that sucks with the whole investigation. People "forget" unless they cave under oath.
Scouty unfortunately is right this is a he said/she said and we already know how McConnell and Graham are going to vote. Nothing will sway them and it hasn't changed in the 20+ years since the Anita Hill hearings.
