There do seem to be some kinks in the armor. He has been striking out more the last 1.5 years, his SwStr% has seen a steep increase (career 7.2%, it's been above 10% since 2021) and he's making a lot less contact (career 80.9% contact rate, but it's down to 72.7% this year). He has been hitting more flyballs than ever (57.4% this year versus 42.2% career)

Flyballs are good, especially in the age of the shift. OBP is only .360 though. If he could stop getting injured he's probably still worth the 37 million. I know if I had 40 mil burning a hole in my pocket I'd take him before I took 2 Nick Castellani. (I think that's the plural of Castellanos)
