What do you guys see his value being.

I took him in the suicide, but its a question i really have.

For me less than a year ago people were all over him, saying he had AP comparisons etc.......then he gets traded and duds.....

But that talent didnt disappear, do you believe he didnt know the playbook?

His oppurtunity is golden, a great offense, good line, good receivers, and brown is gone, so that leaves bradshaw.....and they obviously want him to succeed......

I think he goes big

He never had AD talent but he can only go up right? I might take a flyer on him in late rounds.

I think if you snooze you lose on him, he was a consensus top 5 pick going into last year, and now on a BETTER team.........

He wasn't a top 5 pick in any of my leagues. He will go in probably the 5th or 6th round in most drafts and that's where he should go. To expect anything more than 1100 and 7 is foolish. IMO anyhow.

His YPC has been terrible on two teams in the NFL, he almost never breaks a long one, and he only put up the TDs he did in 2012 because the Browns kept feeding him the rock at the goal line. Any bench-warming NFL RB would have had the same number of TDs with those opportunities.

Not that he's a bad football player overall - he's just not a great rusher.

If the Colts feed him the ball the way the Browns did in 2012, he could make up in TDs what he falls short in in yards.

That's about the size of it.
Personally, I never heard AP comparisons. He reminds me much more of a younger Marshawn Lynch (2 inches shorter, ten lbs heavier and all brick shithouse muscle), who also started out pretty hot, fell off the planet, got traded, then took a year or so to get back to what we now know as "beast mode". The question is, does Richardson have a little of the true Beast Mode in him? Or is he yet another imitator? I think he could be, but they have to feed him 20+ carries a game, something I don't think they're willing to do with Luck's abilities to rely on.

I'm really skeptical of him. I think, relative to his average draft position, there's about a 75% chance that he fails to live up to his fantasy ranking. I think he's an NFL bust just a notch below Jamarcus Russell's legacy.

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders.

The thing that impressed me about him was that he ran for 950 yards with broken ribs for much of the 2012 season. He had to sleep sitting up. I figured if a guy could endure that. He could be great.

Maybe he has "Thomas Jones Syndrome?" Symptoms include: lots of potential, glimpses of greatness, overall disappointment. Then one year, probably on a new team, he'll be a stud.

I dont meant to bust your bubble but for me the "tell tale" sign that sticks in my gut the most is why Norv Turner got ride of him for what was at the time a joke of a trade. Even though it was a first round pick the Browns new it would be low and if Norv Turner would have though even in the slightest that Richardson had a chance to be great why would he given him a way for so cheap.

If you remember at the time of the trade Richardson still had a ton a value and everyone and their mother thought the Colts committed highway robbery in that deal. It turned out that Norv was right.

Well, Norv had nothing to do with the trade. OC's usually don't. But I think he can be more than serviceable since he'll have loads of opportunity.

I know what you're saying, but pep Hamilton is a moron. Instead of using lucks abilities, he tries to run the ball. Last year he would try to run the ball or throw short passes the whole game until they were behind with little time left, then he would unleash luck. If he let luck air it out the colts would be a much better team.
