Redskins injury report: Linebacker Preston Smith is being evaluated for an ankle injury; receiver Jamison Crowder (hamstring), linebacker Martrell Spaight (hamstring) and receiver Maurice Harris (illness). Harris was going to return from a knee issue Thursday, but the illness sidelined him.

Play of the day: In a spirited two-minute drill, the offense moved the ball to the 6-yard line with 20 seconds left on the clock. The defense applied pressure on quarterback Kirk Cousins, who then forced a pass over the middle that was tipped. Corner Josh Norman then made a diving interception as the defense celebrated.

Defensive line coach Jim Tomsula says he doesn't care who the starters are, he plans for all 5 or 6 active linemen to play a lot and rotate

boom i said this long time ago when tomsula was hired and people was bitching about hood and the NT i said we really dont need a nt because tomsula dlineman play all of the positons example u will see hood at le then next play hood at nt next play hood back at LE then next play re this will go on all year with all of the 6 players rotate in and out fresh line rotation.. now what this causes is the other team oline will break down and we will get more sacks why because a gaurd will have to take on ironman 1 play then boom next play allen then boom phil taylor the olineman be like wtf is this shit lol you will wear down

this is a extreme example but its true bottom line all the dlineman will play re,le nt
