Trading for a TE...

So, my TE situation sucks with Greg Olsen as my guy. Best on the wire are Dalton Schultz, Jimmy Graham, Jordan Reed, Drew Sample. Guys like that. I have a claim in for Schultz, but not sure I love him.

12 teams, PPR. Start 2/2 and a flex (R/W/T).

QB - Brees
RB - Mixon, Jacobs, Fournette, Dobbins, Edmonds, Lindsay
WR - Odell, Evans, Keenan Allen, Deebo, Jeudy
TE - Olsen

Was thinking about offering Fournette for Waller, but I feel like I need a little more. Maybe adding Baker? Maybe add Golladay and Keenan Allen? Asking for James White back? Not sure, but I think I can get more than just Waller, although he is coming off a huge game and his stock is pretty high right now. I wouldn't mind going after Jonnu, but I don't see anything that I have that could be worth a deal.

Would look for Kelce, probably would have to settle for Ertz or maybe add a WR to Fournette for Kelce.

Seems like he needs a RB and you need a TE so not a bad offer. I think Waller is going to have a huge season so if I was him I would ask for more...if you can pull it iff, do it

Then Waller wouldn’t be bad I think he continues ....Baker seems useless imho, a waiver add is just as good. Same with jonnu..... he’s not getting peppered with targets and brown will be back

really? I would think fournette would be drawing high interest. It’s a bit of a gamble, but we’re talking tight ends..

Fwiw Logan Thomas has been really ineffective but he has 17 targets through two games . 8 and 9 targets.

I think it is in your favor that he denied the trade. Unless you have a top tier TE, you may have as much success streaming a TE.
I have little faith in TE. Most are average and notch above K.

I like Reed.
Who knows how long Kittle will be out? The entire WR and RB situation is messy. Reed could be a solid, consistent contributor.
