Sign David Carr and give him a shot. He is a good QB but was put in a bad situation just like Bradford when he was signed by the Texans! I watched him play here for Fresno State. Now his Brother Derik Carr the Fresno State QB now is an outstanding QB. This kid can do it all and the Rams should take a good look at him next seasons draft.

It doesn't seem like he has risen above that shell-shocked state he was in at Houston though. For a #1 overall pick to be on the street doesn't speak well for his ability to get it done now.
