I just see it as him sticking up for his players. But like some people said he could probably do this in a nicer way. I honestly don't pay much attention to this stuff.

Sticking up for your players is one thing, but flat out making shit up is another. I'm the first one happy to see a dirty player gone, even if I do like him. PL3 comes to mind.

It's hard to explain like you said they have some good players that do sell out for the team every game, it's like he wants all of the attention to be focused on him.

Meh, if the Rangers lose it's because of the refs, if they win it's despite the refs. Torts might be the only person on the planet that thinks officials are calling games in favor of the Devils. I'm not saying the refs are biased one way or another, but if they were going to throw this series don't you think New York would be the more attractive candidate in the Stanley Cup?

Towards the end of the season, I thought that there wasn't a whole lot of reason to continue to hate the Rangers. Players like Callahan, Del Zotto, Richards, Gaborik, Staal and Lundqvist... How could you not like those guys?

Then Torts started talking, and all was right with the universe again. I went right back into a soul burning, seething hatred of the Rangers.
