I wouldn't either right now. I'll know by the end of the season though.

if you are basing things by the end of the season , i submit you are wrong . we should take more time because the 2021 draft will have some good prospects with fileds and lawrence in the mix and most likely fromm

You could be right. Goff was terrible his rookie year. I just dont see how you pass on a Burrow if Haskins continues at this clip. jmo

Getting a great QB, a truly great QB can really set you up for major success.

I agree Lawrence looks like THE guy of them all, but I'd be shocked if we had the number one overall pick next year. New coach, a top 2 pick, a bunch of cap space and we end up number one overall next year? I don't see that. That's probably what its going to take to get that kid.

At the moment I have not seem enough to take QB off the board for us, but I've seen enough to know it's way to early to close the book on Haskins.

Haskins appears to not be scared. The league is not too big for him. I love the way he evades pressure while keeping his eyes down field and his arm is legit. Wait and see on my end.

i would not draft qb #1 . i would give haskins next season and if he fails we have lawrence in 2021

There is no guarantee that we will be in a position to get Lawrence. Draft a QB #1 only next year if you are convinced that this QB is better now, and has more upside, than Haskins. If there is doubt, then don't take one high, but draft one in the later rounds.
