So by the same measure, if your team scores a questionable touchdown, your coach should throw the challenge flag out. That play then becomes unreviewable and you get a 15 yard penalty on the kickoff.

I'm sorry, in baseball a call like that would be protested. They should do the same here. Sure, Schwartz messed up, but that mess up cannot negate a league wide rule that all scoring plays are reviewable. The 15 yard penalty it fine, but the negating the review is utter rubbish.
