I'm no lawyer, but that should be pretty dammed appealable.
judged changed her decision and sent a man to prison entirely out of spite.
that is a cunty thing to do, your hono(u)r.

You'd be surprised the type of discretion judges have in sentencing for some things. As long as it's not a violent crime or a drug offense (mandatory sentencing and all that), they can do pretty much whatever they want.

that was pathetic by the judge. a warning would have sufficed you could see her thinking it through wanting to show her dominance. wow appeal should be coming and won 30 days for that... yeah thats good tax paying cash being used

From the Pats/Eagles preseason game:

Tebow entered the game to loud cheers from Eagles fans, a sign of his popularity across the country.

Uh, no, it's that he's the only QB on that team that we can hold under 5 yards per pass attempt.

Look, Dash, I know you Canada folk don't follow sports which don't use sticks or brooms, but A) It's MANNING, and B) he plays for the Broncos. Or Giants. There is no guy named Manuel on the Bills, because I refuse to believe in a world where the Bills have a decent quarterback.

Why they sat Flutie for Rob Johnson in that playoff game several years ago I'll never know...

Don't let the old-timers (*cough* Boss *cough*) see that post, or they're going to sit you down and give you a "back in my day story"

I liked what I saw. Which, admittedly, was mostly just the highlights.

I think what I like even more are Marquise Goodwin (2 KO returns for 160 yards) and the fact that the offensive coordinator has said that they're going to give CJ Spiller the ball until he throws up.

Im excited for Goodwin too That means we can cut the useless and expensive Brad Smith. I would rather keep Rodgers or Easley over Smith. But if we didnt have a Kick Returner you know they would keep Smith.
