It was in the 80's when i got up this morn,after work every night i have to drive to my mothers to water the HUGE flower bed i planted for her this spring.

Both my dogs have now made the basement their home.

It was 94 here in NYC today but felt like 100+.

I stayed my ass home and enjoyed my AC. I can't go outside unless I have to when it is so hot

Got back from the Bite and it was a scorching 97 out there. Tried hooping earlier in the afternoon and everyone lasted one half court game. The heat has been too much.

It really could have been worse. When I was working in Phoenix a few summers ago it was 120+ every single day. That said I'd take 120 degree dry heat over 90 degrees and muggy like it is on the east coast.

To old and soft now a days for that. I remember going to work during the summer at a mine, unlike the mine I worked the year before, this one was a hot one. I came to work with no water. The foreman handed me his 2 gallon water cooler and said..." Your going to need this" by God he was right. I started sweating in no time, drink that 2 gallons way before the end of the shift. Went right out and bought me a water cooler after work.

Spokane has been hotter than 87 degrees for almost 3 weeks now... It was over a 100, five straight days during that span... It was 95 today...
