something thats not mentioned. i was at a race in Illinois when tony hit a driver with his car. he didn't go to jail for it but he went to jail for the fight he started after he hit the driver WITH HIS CAR.

What's the point if they're not going to listen and actually be willing to change their opinion? Just a futile exercise and one that I really don't feel like fooling with tonight. Bottom line is the kid should've never walked out into the middle of the track. Should've went to pits to wait on Stewart after the race. There is no evidence showing Tony tried to "scare" or hit him. Till there is, those who are screaming from the mountain that he tried to hit him should just call it a night.
