similar game bryz is a goat its that simple. i know you don't wanna believe it, but it is 1000% true.

i may be harder on bryz, but i would've given chris pronger in goalie pads a star last night if he played like that.. there was no 'deflection' goals that i get on bryz for, there was no soft goal.. you say bryz would've been a goat, how? bob did 0 wrong last night. every goal was, in all honesty, a nice play be the isles and the flyers couldn't do much about it

I was thinking the same thing. Few bad bounces and shitty defensive play ends up piling up to 3-4 goals on the night and a terrible GAA.

Yet somehow Bob gets a pass and Bryz gets run out of town. I know Bob isn't making the money Bryz is, but you can't consider him a star for goals that are not his fault while Bryz gets destroyed for the same exact thing.

Don't get me wrong, before the last game Bob has been hot and should have been in net.

That said, Before this little hot streak, Bob has been the same exact goalie Bryz has. Bad goals. Saves what they should save (for the most part). They have both been victim of shitttttttty defense.

Yes, but we weren't giving him first stars before the hot streak. Call 'em the way they fall, and right now Bobrovsky is playing pretty well, even though he gave up the three goals last night.

I'm not calling Bryz a star when he gives up a few goals either. All I'm saying is one goalie gets praised when goals aren't his fault while the other gets killed for it.

Me thinks it's going to be a long day tomorrow for the Flyers. Briere, Jagr, Rinaldo all out. This is the kind of game I can only hope Bryzy can steal and outperform Mr. Thomas.

lol the hypocrisy here is getting to be unbelievable. list bob as a star when the guy had a total of 23 saves. where is all the "sometimes the goalie needs to steal one" talk now? bob played well until the isles realized shoot high and its open season.

the isles have outplayed the flyers EVERY game this year. somehow we managed to get 2 wins before by shear luck but it wasnt like we dominated them by any means.

my goat:
lack of physicality on the defensive end (as it has been all year)

Bob was all over the ice the other night making incredible saves. Ones that Bryz NEVER would have made, but still got the loss.

Bryz has looked like he's doesn't have a clue all year.

Both { IN MY OPINION } fucking suck, but as of right now....Bob appears to be the only goalie who wants to be in that goal doing his job.

I think Bryz i looking a little better as of late. He seems to have a brain fart every now and then which results in a goal. A few times yesterday he got down and stayed with it through the whistle. Go Bryz.

Someone was saying Bryz is a good goalie, deep done encrusted underneath his current self. That is 1000% true. I have said before that I dont like Bryz's contract because no goalie, possibly with the exception of Lundy, maintains their solidity in net on a year after year basis.

This would obviously be Bryz's down year, and even if it is, that good goalie can find its way back on the ice anytime.
