I will say this, Washington has a tough game, this is THE one I want to watch this weekend. unfortunately for the buffs, if they win, I don't think they'll get in.

I dont think they would either. It'd be Michigan or the winner of the B1G. I'd think Colorado fans would be perfectly happy going to the Rose Bowl this your though (honestly, I wouldn't hold my nose up at it either).

not at all, rose is a great consolation prize this year...... but I am old school, I think no one should be in it unless they are from the B1G or Pac.........

The problem is the conferences with their stupid divisions not putting the 2 best teams in the conference championship.

Supersizing these conferences (or watering down) has been the issue. A 10 team conference should be the absolute max. Then perhaps, a meaningful playoff could be achieved.

I highly doubt Washington will move to 3 and Ohio St will slide back to 4. Once they know Clemson and Washington are in:

1. They dont want to see an Ohio St - Bama rematch in the 1st round
2. They dont want to see a Clemson - Bama rematch

This will be perfect for the committee and Ohio St is 2 so they can always move them to 3 and they wont receive any backlash

ironic that even if OSU had beaten PSU, we'd still be 2, and have to play the CCG and risk getting players injured.
