Most controversial HOF class I recall all going in at the same time. Is there a coincidence how many played in NY or now work for sports shows? The NFL with it's rating drop, continued black eyes... needed some feel good stories.
T.O. should've been the top of this class. But based on his actions on and off the field he doesn't get selected. So if this class wasn't about resurrecting the NFL image what was it?
Jason Taylor was a very nice player. Would've loved to have him on NE. But HOF???

I really can't think of another player in history that I started out hating with a burning passion only to have him grow on me more and more as time goes on. Really, I actually like the sumbitch these days.
