cezero, do you think Venus could go far at Wimbledon this year?

It's her best shot, by far.

If her health is good, she really should be able to beat pretty much any player on any given day on grass.

The relapsing/remitting nature of autoimmune diseases are just so horrible. I just hope things line up well for her in that magical two weeks in june/july.

that those 2 would have won Dubai!!! Afterall, they have been questioned whether it was time for them to retire! Anyone who doesn't believe these 2 have atleast 1 more slam each in their futures MUST have their heads examined!

Maybe I need my head examined. But I truly don't think Venus has a slam left in her. Fed can win Wimby or USO IF Nadal loses early, and he is playing lights out tennis like at Dubai.

Hs0022, I would love to prove you wrong....no one thought Serena would come back and become #1 in the world either, especially after her blood clot incident, but she did come back and she cam back better...and NO ONE believed the WS would EVER become # 1's in the world.......but they both did! No my friend, I am not ready to give up on Venus the legend! I will be sure to remind you about this AFTER Vee wins Wimbledon!!!

I'd like to see Venus win another hardcourt major, over Wimbledon.

I wonder if she can go deep at the FO again. There isn't a dominant clay court player, so maybe?

Basically, I prefer to see her win the things she hasn't done much of, at this point in her career, rather than grass.
