Sirs....... I'm fucking pumped- I couldn't resist stepping on the scale..
I could see a major difference and I had to see what it was.. I was a little disspointed with the weight number- but then I was fucking blown away by my measurement..

Monday night:
260 Lbs 34.5% fat 46.5 water
Jean size 44
Chest 48
Bicep 17
Waist 53

Friday Night:
255lbs 34.0% fat 47.5% water
Jean Size: 43(down 1")
Chest: 45(down 3")
Bicep: 16.5 (down .5")
Waist: 47 (down SIX FUCKING INCHES)



On top of that......... I've spent 8 hours in the huddle the last two nights........ I've had ONE shot of crown........ and about 7 or 8 pictures of water...... And thee great thang is a really haven't felt like drinking... I just had thee one shot cuz somebody wouldn't fucking leave me alone about it..

Backs and Legs-80% made it to every water break, missed some reps en sech
salmon



I need to eat more, I've been busy doing shit today and forgetting to eat.... :L
I was up from 7 till 10 before I had breakfast, then worked right through lunch cleaning thee house while it was raining, then did my work out- eating thee salmon now- will have to have a salad around 7 and stay up till midnight..

1 mile run, 1 mile walk
2 eggs, 3 pieces turkey bacon, lil piece of turkey sausage, 1 piece wheat toast(plain used to soak up yoke- :hungry:)
Mowed thee lawn with pusher instead of thee rider- have about a 3/4 of a acre of grass and two long/deep ditches- took 2 hours- still need to get to hyvee(mowed instead)

I can't stand taking rest days either. I usually never do. It is however important for muscle recovery......and thee more muscle you can build the more fat your body will burn
