allow me to predict the sec bias from this game alone next week in polls. should it stay at the rate its going. a&m will jump 10 spots to 11...south carolina will maybe drop to 12

In other games, Minnesota is leading 7-0 when they recovered a fumble on the Eastern Illinois 5 yard line and 16 plays later managed to actually score a TD. Yes it took that long to go 5 yards. They have 2 first downs in the 2nd period. BORING. Switching to Boise and Ole Miss.

Uh, no. I've traveled the country from north to south, east to west and there is 1 thing I've learned when it comes to women: The further south you get, the better they look.

all jokes aside this is why I'm not on board with statements like "preseason polls are meaningless"

it will be looked at is a&m beat some great top 10 team when reality they should have been about 10 spots lower than they were ranked. so that will impact the polls. with playoff i really think for most part those polls will mirror the AP and coaches poll

Believe me, I know, but I think you are missing my point.

A juggernaut in College Station is not good for my team, to a certain extent. So I'm definitely not a homer here.

Well they've been shut out pretty much by LSU and Florida over the years. They played Alabama well in 2012, and came back a bit last year. They just get highlighted a bunch.

Not to say they don't have a good offense etc, but they aren't running the SEC or getting very far without a better defense.
