Just noticed that DeChristopher was waived back in the spring. Hasn't been picked up by anyone else, so it looks like he's probably done after sitting out 2012 with a back injury.
Cardinals retain Ronald Talley, release Blake DeChristopher | ProFootballTalk

Also, Hopkins was not signed by the Steelers after his tryout.

In good news, Shayne Graham found a spot with the Browns after the Texans decided not to resign him.

Shayne was money for the Texans last year....not sure why they wouldn't retain him. Hope he can continue to hit from 50+....might be as close as he gets for the Browns this year!

Yeah, I thought it was interesting that an article I was reading poo pooed saying he was only 13 of 27 from 50+ (career). That's a long way. 13 of 27 sounds pretty good to me.

I believe the Texans have another promising (and younger) kicker that they wanted to go with instead. Can't remember his name right now.

In today's NFL, less than 50 percent from 50+ isn't great. The kickers are so good.

Am I the only one watching this Cowboys preseason game just to see Danny Coale (81) and Andre Smith (87)?

I too watched the Dallas-Miami game just for Hokies. For a split second I thought that the wide open underthrown end zone pass was Danny Coale. DC would have caught that. No DC though.

I saw Andre Smith quite a bit too.

Did Arizona do anything to improve their OL in the off-season? I remember Kolb had to sit at one point due to separated rib cartilage. Last season took years off his life. Doesn't look good for them at all at this point.

This link answers that in depth. To summarize: They were much better in the second half of last year. They acquired Eric Winston and drafted 2 OL including Cooper out of UNC with the 7th overall selection. They may be switching to a zone-blocking scheme. What Can We Expect from the New-Look Arizona Cardinals Offensive Line? | Bleacher Report

Ryan Williams has to get healthy. Yes, it sounds like they're hoping to get him back quickly. But the fact that he was hurting at all isn't a good sign. It's been a long time since he suffered that injury. Continued setbacks with it should be a cause for concern.

Not to mention the franchise's fresh memories of always-injured Beanie Wells... hope RW can pull it together, but agreed, it doesn't look good right now. Such a shame.

Yeah, I'd say RW's career is over. At the very least I expect Arizona to cut him. Just too many injuries to keep a roster spot for him. That's how it goes though. Too bad he never really got a good crack at it.

Well hold on there. Let's see if he is indeed able to get back in a week or so like they're saying. Cause for concern isn't cause for writing him off.
