Evans was just in Charlotte for a tryout, and does not appear to have signed anywhere at this point. I really feel for that guy. Hope he can find somewhere to latch on.

The first arrest was probably him being dumb, the second one he was in town for a wedding. Depending on what he was doing it could be just a bad break, being outside of the party in public domain kind of thing.

Yea, having had my wedding out that way last year, I can speak from experience and say it's not exactly loaded with Four Seasons and Ritz Carltons.
