Is anyone else thinking that maybe the release of Biggs was a good thing?

Huskers only had 5 turnovers today. I said they needed to keep it under 10 to even have a chance.

Heck they won by 9 and actually pulled away late when the chips were down. This team is learning to close and that is the next level of good.

I was reading the comments in response to an article on huskerextra.com about the big win and let me tell you something.......there are some real dumb mother fo's out there.

A couple of guys were saying that even if Nebraska won out the rest of the way they would probably have to win 2 games in the Big 10 Tournament as well in order to get in.

Dumb. Shits.

If Nebraska wins out.....which I truly don't believe will happen.......but if they did, we would be in as probably an 8 or 9 seed. It wouldn't even be a question.

If we get to 10-8, which I seriously believe we can accomplish, I think all we would need is to win our first game in the Conference tourney to get in.

Obviously 2 wins at that point would solidify it, but 1 would probably still get us in now that we proved we can beat the best of the best on the road.

As soon as you get that big win on your resume you have a ton of leverage.

I'm a little disappointed with that......but if we just win everything will take care of itself

It would be cool to see neb make the tourney. it's crazy that were even talking about that . props to miles and company for shocking the big ten. If neb makes the tourney miles needs coach of the year awards. that not being biases that just saying when's the last time you didn't laugh at the word of husker basketball.
