in the FWIW dept, OU did beat Nova by 18 points, earlier in the year.

Nobody thinks about OU and defense, but they've played some pretty good D all year and in the Big Dance, have been impressive.

I like OUr chances.

The FTs were the difference. 18-19. If that game goes into OT, I think KU takes it.

Congrats to Augustana of Sioux Falls, SD, for winning the DII national championship a few minutes ago.

I watched some of that game....pretty good levels for D II.

Those dudes could definitely beat a bunch of Div I schools if given the chance.

That's what I kept telling people would be the difference(granted I thought both offenses would be better too). But I pin pointed free throws.

Both teams have great guards. Not much true dominant big man size. Ellis and Jenkins as versatile forwards. Kansas shoots it a little better. But Nova is elite at the line. Everyone makes them and I've watched a few KU games(vs UK for example) where they were awful at FTs especially clutch ones.

Can't wait for the final four! OU and Nova both play and exciting style of ball and both have underated defenses. Should be a classic. Sooners have the best player on the floor and are getting points.
