I’m not going to lie, my knowledge of our recruiting goes as far as clicking on rivals/247 and see where the team rankings have us. We never pull in great recruiting classes and with the shit that is going on right now, it’s not surprising anyone not locked in already jumped ship.
Meh, Baylor had worse and their recruiting has rebounded pretty well...which may indicate kids aren't as concerned about this type of shit as the rest of us are. Sparty will be okay in time.

Jeremiah Martin ended up going to Texas A&M over Oklahoma, UW, and a couple of others.

I was gonna ask, how many more guys do they realistically have a shot at? Given their current numbers, they have a chance to fly up the rankings with some more volume.
FWIW SC is listed at 15 commits so far not including OG's signing

Edit bumped up to 16

Dax was a really solid pickup for VT, I like that kid. Plays with a motor and has great size that can still be built on. Definitely a great get for you guys.

JJP is going to be a bit of a project. I don't see him getting real PT until probably 2020. By then. I would guess he'll be around 6'5", 245, playing with a hand in the dirt or standing up depending on the package.

Yea JJB has all of the physical gifts from what I have heard, just needs some time in a coach's system. I think that is a nice pick up for tOSU - grats. :suds:

Harbaugh is stinking it up this year. Very unimpressed with the class and basically getting anyone of substance in the last 6 months. He's making it harder for himself to beat OSU when OSU is signing 4 five star kids and 12 more four star kids than you. The talent divide was getting closer after Michigan's last two classes and took a major step back this year.

Luckily the 2019 class seems to be starting much better than this class.

Michigan has been beat for pretty much every major recruit this year and just lost our highest rated recruit to Georgia today. Fun times.

A bigger issue for Michigan is that Otis Reese was their highest rated recruit.

He's Georgia's 12th highest rated recruit.

Well, comparing to Georgia's ridiculous class is a bit unreasonable. But yeah, it wasn't a great cycle for Michigan. Defensively it's a fine class, but on the offense it's brutal. The 2019 class must be in the top 10 in order for this to be OK.
