HH's thread to lose weight has inspired me.............it has inspired me to finally do what I've wanted to do for so long...............fly like Mike......

I believe that any man, of any race, can jump high............and I will prove it.

Here in this thread, I will post my workouts, as well as my vertical measurements for each week. Let thee games begin

Hell I'm more athletic than a lot of guys I've seen with huge verticals.............

I used to have a 32 inch vertical in High School.............it's just that I haven't worked on building any muscle since High School..........and even then I never focused on building my vertical..........I just for some reason had a decent vertical

I honestly am expecting my current vertical to be around 25 inches..............current dump? Not sure....maybe 28......

I could dunk a volleyball in HS. Now I can just touch the rim (31" jump). But I can also kick the rim (or could a few years ago, haven't tried lately).
