chewin is bad.. me dad recently quit


he got to where he had to put over half a can in his lip each time he dipped..

yeah i'm working on it...the girlfriend doesn't care much for it. but at this point going 2 days without is similar to holding my hand on a hot stove.

Ahhhh, chewing......I only did that briefly which is probably very good for me since I wasn't fond of spitting all the time so I just swallowed all that spit.

that would end it quickly. i started when i was 16...it is pretty common with hockey players. i stopped playing hockey, but the habit does not stop that quickly.

Yeah, Nicotine is a mother fucker to kick......I know I could stop drinking tomorrow if I wanted to and it wouldn't be anything as bad as when I stopped smoking. I did quit drinking for about a month just to test myself.......well, I did drink non-alcoholic beers instead......there's actually a couple of ones that aren't that bad......St Pauli Girl makes a decent tasting non-alchie beer....

i've stopped for weeks at a time, but have not been able to kick it completely. drinking is a "hobby" for me...i could do it or not and not be affected. sure, i enjoy myself when drinking, but it is much the same as tv or internet...if i needed to stop, i could. tobacco, on the other hand, is a much bigger beast.

I ve been smokin fer 28 years and it aint as cool as when I was a kid now that Im coughin and weezin all the time.

I used an ecig to quit. I don't smoke anymore now. Was a terrible experience, quitting. Never want to go through that again.
