this is how you lead....and this is why (among many other reasons) Lebron will go down as the best ever outside of his Airness.

You clowns including Gilbert, said he "quit" in 2010, mocked him, hated him.
Now you all suck his cock.

Valunciunas and Whiteside banged up not playing.....Deng leaves with a bad wrist...Derozan complaining about injuries to his shooting hand/wrist....long series after both playing 7 games series...

this is a war of attrition. Whoever survives is gonna be in some deep shit. Whoever wins BETTEr hope the Cavs are rusty in game 1....

Everyone is in agreement that neither Toronto/Miami with the current state of their rosters can beat Cleveland

very true....

still gonna be fun...

i gotta expect its gonna be Toronto...but who freaking knows...Toronto seems to play decently with their backs against the wall but out ahead they just choke.

regardless as a Cavs fan I am thoroughly looking forward to both the ECF and the Finals.

As I have said ad nausuem for months (really years)- I want the Cavs to face the Heat. I think it would be fun. I dont think LeBron likes Riley and i dont think Riley particularly likes LeBron and i think it could be very entertaining some of the potential snipping in the media.

At least it would be much less boring than the Raptors....that Raptors front court without Valunciinas is atrocious....

shit- i just read something that DeMarre Carroll is banged up now and might not play next game....

it seems that either matchup is going to be the slaughter we all anticipate--- at least their are some good storylines against the Heat.

Raptors with no Valunciunas- a banged up DeRozan and Carroll- and playing every other night- 2 long hard series...there is just very little interest here.

Heat with no Bosh, probably no Whiteside- Deng is banged up...WAde is just giving everything he has over this 2nd long series.....Wade has been GREAT

its tough...playoffs are tough. at least watching LeBron and Wade face off for the first time would give the series some watchability.....

Depends on what happens with JV, Whiteside, Deng, & Carroll in the next week or so.

both rim protectors- and both primary wings to cover LeBron...

not exactly the ideal guys to lose when contemplating a matchup with the hottest shooting 3 pt team in league history.

Agree. As much as these 2 teams are beating each other up, the best thing for both is for it to go the full 7 games. The longer it goes, the better the chance that the Cavs are rusty in game 1 and they get a chance to get the injured players back.

All that will likely do is give them a chance to push it to 6 games, but that's better than the 4 straight blowouts they'll be looking at otherwise.

I highly highly doubt the Cavs sweep....its just not something that happens in the playoffs. I think itll go 5...if not 5-6...if not 6- 4....

You appear to be the only person who is even trying to find a way to make the series exciting or competitive.
Unless several players can find there way back on the court , the rest of us expect a slaughter.

Cavs test will come in the Finals.
Hopefully they stay healthy.
We already know they'll be well rested.
They won't have an excuse in the world if/when they lose.

As I said last night, if you combined the current Heat/Raptors playing, they would still lose to the Cavs.

you have no interest in seeing Wade v. LeBron? In hearing Riley piss and moan in the media all summer? to - if LeBron wins the title- the snipping and subtweets to Riley i bet we get....

i sure do...

I sure dont think that relationship ended well- and if LeBron couldve pulled a win out of his ass with that historical performance last year i think he wouldve seen some interesting quotes....i hope we get to see them this year...i think LeBron wants to stick it to Riley and show that it was HE who was the main factor behind it- and not the 68 year old man with the executive slick-back.

Heat fans don't care about seeing the Heat play against any team without possibly 60 percent of their starting lineup.

I freaking love when idiots on here expect heat fans to be excited about a series without Bosh, Whiteside, and possibly Deng.

I'd have loved to see the series played with both teams whole.
I was still very intrigued even without Bosh.
I don't think we're beating the Raptors anyway, but if we're without Whiteside and Deng, then no, I really don't care to see it.

As far as the Riley stuff, to me that's drama at this point.
I want to watch good basketball and I haven't seen much of it from the Heat since games 1&2 vs Charlotte with the exception being game 7.

Please, 5 games max and I wouldn't blink twice if it were a sweep.

The Cavs were better before the Heat lost their entire starting frontcourt

They would have given a Herculean effort if healthy. But, the Cavs would still likely win.

And Toronto is awful.

Would Cavs fans want to see a series vs WC winner if James, Love and Tristan were out?

No. Because then they bring up the theory of what would the Western team look like if:

OKC were without Durant, Westbrook, and Adams
Spurs were without Aldridge, Leonard, and Duncan
Warriors were without Curry, Green, and Iguodala
