I was very surprised to see Freddie in the lineup every single day to start the spring. Would have expected more of the Donaldson treatment from last year where he got the first 2 weeks off then came back. That being said, everyone expects Freddie back in the lineup next week and there is zero concern from anyone in the organization.

King Felix with another solid outing today. If he keeps this up, he will be in the rotation come opening day.

Felix seems healthy. If he makes the rotation and is productive it would be the steal of the offseason.

We usually have pretty good luck on salvage jobs for aging pitchers.

At this point, he's gonna be the favorite for the 5th rotation spot. With Hamels being hurt, Newcomb is pretty much guaranteed a spot.

The first month + of a season will be a competition between Felix and Newk to see who stays in the rotation when Hamels gets back.
