I think that was the plan in a regular 162 season. Play them plus probably bring Wright and Anderson along. Then make moves at deadline.

But we ain’t built for a 60 game season. I’d also be playing Williams Contreras as much as possible. I would hate to wish Covid on anyone but it wouldn’t bother me if Flowers ended up being positive

Nope but they need to go ahead and start planning for next year. Put the future OF out there together. Dansby needs to shit or get off the pot, although he did well last year till he got hurt. And start looking at the future rotation with Wright and Anderson in the mix. Folty is another one that needs to shit or get off the pot. Newk needs to realize he's just better out of the pen
