Pitino ever consider tell Springs to never take a 2 point shot?
I've never seen someone so bad at lay ups.

Springs makes a layup!!! Wow that was fucking lucky. Huge tip by Curry.
FML this team is gonna kill me. Curry was big down the stretch. Coffey was huge in the 2nd half. I hope McBrayer gets his head out of his ass soon. His demeanor on the court is terrible.
Nice couple of wins this past week, but I'll feel a lot better if Michigan goes at least 3-3, especially if that comes with a win against Purdue and/or Wisconsin.
When's the last time Michigan beat Wisconsin in MBB?
Before their last games (Maryland wins at Northwesters, Wisconsin loses to Michigan) MD's RPI was 18 yet they were ranked 21 and Wisconsin, with the identical record and an RPI of 25 was ranked 11th. I get it the soft BIG has effected Maryland's RPI but they have been under appreciated all year. Are we really at the point where teams will be rewarded for running up the score?
Game of the year so far will be Maryland at Wisconsin on Sunday. I don't expect a win, I'm just happy they are 22-4 in a rebuilding year, but you never know. The Terps are tough as nails on the road.
I think Maryland is about where they should be to be honest(somewhere in the 18-22 range or 5/6 seed range). Wisconsin was severely over rated by the human polls mostly based on track record. They basically are what Arizona was last year. They certainly haven't accomplished anything to be ranked 11th in the country, even before their loss. Wisconsin is now just 2-5 against the teams that would be a sure fire lock to make the tournament(they have a win over Syracuse but they're on the bubble and might be on the outside looking in if selection Sunday were tomorrow).
Also, the RPI doesn't include MOV in its ranking system. That's why the RPI ranking for Maryland is higher than just about every other analytical metric that's out there. Which will probably end up being a good thing for Maryland come seeding time.
