I just put Minnesota through the RPI forecast, which spits out the percentage of each game based on win/loss probability using Sagarin's predictor. I went through and games where Minnesota was 50% or greater I gave them a win and anything 50% or lower I gave them a loss.

This is what their projected record came too:

21-10(9-9 in B1G), RPI: 34, SOS: 38

I would absolutely sign up for that right now. That would probably get us on the 8-10 line come selection Sunday, based on the RPI and SOS numbers. FWIW, Minnesota was a 56% chance to beat Arkansas last night. They only have one such game lower than that, but still above 50% and that's against Michigan State(52%) at home to open up B1G play, just found that interesting.

I thought last night's game was important if this team wanted a chance at an at-large bid, huge win for the Gophers. A loss last night, and keeping everything the same as far as win/loss probability would have had the Gophers RPI at 47 to finish the year, crazy how just one game can affect a season so much.

NO NO NO NO NO. Alex #25 from the Badgers is the worst player in division one basketball that gets over 10 minutes per game. The dude's FG% is 28% at 6'10. Teams leave him wide open all the time because he's so fucking bad. He's completely worthless but he gets 17 minutes a game. We have a 7 footer that can hit the three with ease but he's rusting on the bench. Van Viliet is better at everything than Alex. IDK WTF GG is smoking or if he's related to Alex in some way.

Watch him tonight vs UNC. I will be shocked if he makes one fucking basket.

I am so fucking sick of John Beilien. He gets these MAC level white guys and tries to turn them into Big 10 players. They are usually stiffs with 2 inch verticals and looks like they should be in a local YMCA league. They usually get offers from schools like Winthrop and he decides to offer these bums a scholarship. Then he has everyone beyond the 3 point line camping for cherry pick 3s. Then we have Zak Irvin here playing like shit with bricks and constant turnovers. He hasn't even yanked the guy yet. Doesn't really coach. His claim to fame is luckily finding the likes or Burke, Hardaway, Robinson, Stauskus and LeVert by dumb luck.

Wow. Michigan shot 18% in that game, and it wasn't because of our defense. Glad to have the win, but that was a freakishly bad performance by Michigan. I can't see it happening again, at least at that level, so maybe things will turn back up a little for you guys (I hope so, so that our win will look better down the road).

I was at the game and did my best to console the Michigan fans by wishing them luck this weekend and reminding them that everyone hates Ohio State. I turned quite a few frowns into smiles, for at least a moment.
