Fried chicken drenched in ranch, crab legs drenched in butter, prime rib, mashed potatoes drenched in gravy.. I've seen it. Chip Kelly would have a shit fit.

I cut the grease and the salt out of my diet for the most part.

I had a swiss mushroom burger and frings when I was in Omaha and it was liek someone had sprayed WD-40 up my ass.

As for the salt, I ask them not to add any salt when preparing the food everywhere i go because everything tastes salty now if I go out to eat.

When I was there it was all lean shit. All you could eat was veggies, meat, and whole grains.
