Much has to come together yet... but we are getting there... a lot of work to do to get to where Bo would like us to be.

There are times that you can be in the 7th or 8th game before you really know what you have compared to all the other teams and even then, you don't get a chance to see all the teams you are trying to jump in the polls.

But by years end if we do all we are supposed to do, we should be in the mix somewhere...
