Yes sir. The FEMA trailers are still on base, but not as much activity as there was which hopefully means everyone is getting the help they need.

I've only got 18 days till I 'm done here and get to go home to the family. Then we move to Asheville the end of June.

I am on a diet...Lost 8 lbs this week so far.

Thats great! The most I lost in one week while I was getting rid of my fat body was 13 lbs. Ended up losing 60 lbs over a 4 month period. Have kept it off for 3 years now.

I am going for 75 lbs before football starts...then probably gain 10-20 during football, then lose 35 after the season.
