Mike Caputo - "I have a lot of respect for him and all the people down at Millard North. The tape (on the Millard North helmets) is a big sign of respect. When you move from freshman year or sophomore year and become varsity, you get to put the tape on. It came from a long time ago. They were having problems with the snaps coming off. So one of the trainers just taped up the helmets and it went from there."

I figured it had to do with making sure kids kept their helmets on.

Meh........ You have to really really suck not to make the class A playoffs.........

I mean, there is only what 28 Class A schools in the state and 16 make state......


I mean 4-5 record teams get in every year............ I remember a team getting in at 3-6 one year.......
