This happens. It's the ncaa tournament. Wins and losses are all that matter here. Saying a team won but this or that is pointless. Every conference sucks if you put this criteria to it.

B1G: Michigan and Purdue dominated and Iowa and Minnesota with the upsets. MSU and Maryland didn't look the best but the only team that really looked bad was Wisconsin.
Big 12: Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Kansas and Baylor all looked good. K-State got upset which sucked for the conference.
Pac-12: Oregon and Washington dominated. Arizona State lost to a good Buffalo team.

SEC had 5 teams struggle/lose so far in the tournament.

SEC is 4th in Win% so far amongst teams with more than 1 team in the tourney. I will say, the SEC isn't the worst conference in the tourney. That would go to the ACC.

You're right that the wins and losses really don't matter until the title game, but it's an interesting look into what a conference can do against conferences that they normally wouldn't play against in the regular season.

You can't expect to be taken seriously if you are trying to put the shitty pac above the sec. Also 5-2 is better than 2-1. I'm not sure if you were trying to say the pac had a better win percentage or were referring to somebody else. The big 12 is down this year as well. Texas Tech is tough but about even with LSU. Nobody in that conference is as good as Kentucky or Tennessee.
