OSU won the CFP the first year, and has been to final fours... Though it's been a little while.

No it was who has been to the CFP and FF. OSU last made the FF in 2012 I believe.

Fun fact, only one recruiting class for Tom Izzo has not made the Final Four, Adriean Payne’s class. If MSU doesn’t make this final four, this will be the second class.

I agree. He usually doesn't have the best team on paper, he just knows how to coach in the tourney.

His best teams get bounced early, his bad teams play with a chip on their shoulders and make deep runs.

Yep, but those people are stupid IMHO. Nearly every coach that's worth a hoot will tell getting there is difficult. Yeah winning it is hard but getting there is a tough task.

First, Purdue - hell of a game. had a hell of a lead, Tenn. is a good team and came back, but the boilers held them off. Cline was incredible with his 3s..... nice win.

The PAC-12 has the 3 schools with the most NCAA championships. It's absurd how big the gap is between the PAC-12 and the #2 conference.

Two consecutive Elite Eights, and breaking KU's Big 12 streak.

All that with recruiting classes which rival those of Washington State.
