Really the biggest non call was the push off on the board.

In basketball, the portion of the key denoted by an arc in the painted area that is positioned four feet from the basket. The arc is important because a defending player can not force a charging foul within this area. It was designed to provide benefit offensive players who drive to the basket and limit collisions.

Yes. I can’t be a charge. It can be a no call. Which is what the correct call would’ve been.

You're wrong. So what are you saying? If you're in the restricted area you need to flee the instant someone appears to be driving into the paint? It doesn't work like that. If it did work like that then all anybody would have to do is get the ball down low and bang into someone under the basket intentionally. If you're set as he was then you aren't obligated to move out of the way so the guy can hit a uncontested layup.

Don’t establish position in the arc. That’s the rule.

This wasn't a charge/block thing. This was a guy standing there with his arms up and Zion going into his body to make a shot. And where did I say a charge should be called? It's a guy being called for a foul for basically playing defense by putting his arms up. Like I said, IT WAS A GREAT LAYUP. It's the and-one that turned into an and-two that sucks. There should have been no whistle on that play.

Didn’t look like he was trying to draw a charge call. He was just playing defense imo

I am proud of UCF. They took the top team in the country to its limit. Best season in program history. Let's Go!

No, that isn't the rule. There's 3 seconds. That's what settles that. Learn the rules before you start correcting people on them.

Let's go UVA! I'm adopting them.

They've built a similar program to Villanova and they deserve to break through.

One could argue he jumped into him a bit.

That's just hoops. Star players get the calls. Definitely wasn't a charge on Zion though. Dude was no where near set. Zion won't get whistled for a charge on that in the NBA either.

They better be ready today and not come out like they did vs GW.

The difference is that in the NBA, Duke would have four more games against UCF, win them all by 25, and win the series 4-1.

Does anybody get those fundraiser tickets for march madness..........you get three teams, and basically the more points they score the better you do. Obviously teams have to keep winning for you to do well.......

And Buffalo sucks just as much as everybody figured they did. At least UW got castrated by a 1 seed.
