One day it will all make sense
Really the biggest non call was the push off on the board.
Because Liberty is at halftime and waiting on the UVA game to start?
In basketball, the portion of the key denoted by an arc in the painted area that is positioned four feet from the basket. The arc is important because a defending player can not force a charging foul within this area. It was designed to provide benefit offensive players who drive to the basket and limit collisions.
You're wrong. So what are you saying? If you're in the restricted area you need to flee the instant someone appears to be driving into the paint? It doesn't work like that. If it did work like that then all anybody would have to do is get the ball down low and bang into someone under the basket intentionally. If you're set as he was then you aren't obligated to move out of the way so the guy can hit a uncontested layup.

Didn’t look like he was trying to draw a charge call. He was just playing defense imoIn basketball, the portion of the key denoted by an arc in the painted area that is positioned four feet from the basket. Don’t establish position in the arc. That’s the rule.
Let's go UVA! I'm adopting them.
They've built a similar program to Villanova and they deserve to break through.
One could argue he jumped into him a bit.
That's just hoops. Star players get the calls. Definitely wasn't a charge on Zion though. Dude was no where near set. Zion won't get whistled for a charge on that in the NBA either.
Yes. I can’t be a charge. It can be a no call. Which is what the correct call would’ve been.

This wasn't a charge/block thing. This was a guy standing there with his arms up and Zion going into his body to make a shot. And where did I say a charge should be called? It's a guy being called for a foul for basically playing defense by putting his arms up. Like I said, IT WAS A GREAT LAYUP. It's the and-one that turned into an and-two that sucks. There should have been no whistle on that play.
