The refs called a consistent game dude. UCF got the benefit on the shot clock call. UCF had more free throws and were in the bonus in the fourth before Duke.

And I hate flipping Duke. A seven foot six dude who doesn't have to leave his feet is hard to officiate.

But again at the end of the day it was an evenly called game.

I'm sick of seeing refs hand the marketable teams calls because that's what's good for the business. I couldn't care less who won as long as the shit is called straight. That was an AWFUL call.

That game was crazy. Two good chances at the end. The only real reason I was rooting for Duke was because I wanted to be able to watch Williamson play again.

Smart play by Barrett on the rebound on the missed FT. Shove the shit out of the guy . You either get the board OR instant foul with no time off the clock . More guys should do that honestly

Why doesnt UCF foul the shitty ass free throw shooting Zion on that last possession on the floor before he even drives.

Duke wasnt even the double bonus
UCF was up 3 points with 20 seconds
UCF had timeouts and the double bonus on their end
UCF had the possession arrow as well
They would have had TAKKO still alive to prevent any offensive boards on missed FTs
They would have Duke's best rebounder the furthest away as well on missed FTs.

I would always foul up 3 and still in the one-and-one in any circumstance

But, especially under those near perfect circumstances

The first case was them making a call. In real time it looked like it hit the rim. On the replay it was next to impossible to determine if the call was wrong.

The second case is a guy just standing there, a superstar player coming into his chest with his hands up, making a GREAT lay-up, and getting a call for god knows why. That was an awful call and it basically decided the game.
