Yeah I heard that too. Shatnel it out of his head. We need to keep in-state talent and develop players. Maybe hire Childress sp? Maybe not a first time head coach.

Do we have a full size indoor practice field? Get one of them if we don't

I'm seriously a little depressed that the B1G tournament is in Omaha and Nebraska won't be in it.

Or maybe embarrassed is a better word. There is literally zero excuse for Nebraska not to finish in the top 4 or 5 of the league every single year let alone top 8. I even think finishing top 4 or 5 is being generous. I would expect more like the top 3 every year.

You have the best facilities in the conference, play in front of the largest crowds in the conference and there's in-state talent. What more do you need?

A good deal of in-state talent is playing elsewhere.

Michigan St must go (0-3)
Maryland must be no better than (1-2).
If those 3 things happen then Nebraska must win the Big 10 Tourney for an NCAA Auto-bid.
