Got kicked off Alabama for mary jane after already being suspended for violation of team rules last March.

Guessing the reason he was suspended to start with was academics.

Texas is poised to have the greatest recruiting ranking gain in history in one week.

This time last week our class was 45th. If they land who they lead for, they'll finish inside the top 10.

The way Charlie Strong recruits is not for the skittish, faint of heart.

I doubt Charlie gets everyone.
But, it will be a nice solid finish most likely.

He has done it every year at the last minute.
I expect every year to see Texas lounging in the 35-45 range all year, and then end up with a good class on NSD.

That is just the reality of a Charlie Strong methodology.
He likes to recruit at the 11th hour to make sure the guys are right for him.

it is an extremely high risk/high reward plan.
He won't end up with a lot of underperforming Mack Brown duds. He will get winners if he gets them.
But he might whiff altogether one of these years as well.

Definitely not for Horns fans with weak stomachs though.
